CHECKING IN
What do you need when checking your pet in for a stay at SPRINGFIELD? It is necessary that a current proof of vaccinations be available for inspection. We require dogs to be current for rabies, DHL, parvo, parainfluenza and bordetella. For cats, FVRCP is required. These shots are both for your pet’s protection and the protection of all the other pets in our care. We allow pets to bring anything they would like from home. Such items might include favorite beds/blankets (washable type), toys, special diets, chew bones etc… Our intention is to minimize any initial stress that might occur.
REQUIRED CANINE IMMUNIZATIONS
Many canine diseases are now prevented through vaccination. A vaccination schedule prepared by your veterinarian can thus greatly contribute to good health and a longer life span for your dog. Below are the most important diseases for which vaccines are currently available and are required for boarding at the SPRINGFIELD PET RESORT & TRAINING CENTER.
